Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and selection processes, coordinating employee onboarding and training activities, and administering HR programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Administer HR programs and policies related to employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data.
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in HR or a related field preferred.
