Our client is a well-respected communications consultancy that offers reputation management services within the legal sector. They are seasoned professionals in Corporate Communications, Crisis Public Relations, and Litigation Public Relations. As the firm continues to expand in response to growing client needs, they are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about communications and public relations to join their team as an Account Executive.

The ideal candidate will be highly innovative, brimming with fresh ideas, and a proactive self-starter who is eager to contribute to an entrepreneurial environment where they can influence the firm’s growth.

The successful applicant will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry experts while being supported by a dynamic team that is committed to the success of both colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Crafting press releases, news articles, case studies, and product descriptions to engage target audiences.

- Pitching press releases and story concepts to journalists across various media platforms to secure coverage, while managing complex topics and fostering strong relationships with key media contacts.

- Acting as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring regular communication to develop editorial themes and collaborate with their Marketing and Communications teams.

- Monitoring media coverage and compiling reports on results, including detailed analytics on social media performance such as traffic, engagement, and follower metrics.

- Supporting the Senior Management Team by conducting research for new business opportunities, assisting with marketing initiatives, and organizing events.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading capabilities, alongside a creative flair for producing engaging content.

- The ability to organize information succinctly and compellingly to capture and maintain audience attention.

- Approachability, friendliness, and empathy, enabling effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and media professionals at various levels.

- Confidence in pitching stories to journalists over the phone while maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor.

- Capacity to work efficiently under tight media deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.

Relevant Experience:

- A minimum of one year of experience in a public relations agency, press office, or fast-paced media environment.

Educational Background:

- A relevant undergraduate degree in fields such as Public Relations, Law, Journalism, or English Literature is advantageous but not mandatory.
