We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Mencap. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to individuals with a learning disability, enabling them to live a comfortable, dignified, and liberated life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with toileting and ensuring their safety during the night.
  • Conduct regular checks and maintain a safe and clean environment for the individuals we support.
  • Support individuals with light household tasks, such as ironing and cleaning, while they sleep.
  • Ensure the home is clean and tidy, and that the individuals we support are safe and comfortable.
  • Meet the health needs of the individuals we support during the night.
