Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centred care to residents with complex needs, dementia, and mental health disorders.
- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and more.
- Manage and prioritise workloads effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
- Engage with residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
- Ensure all care plans are up to date and accurately maintained.
- A positive, patient, and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for engaging with working-age and older adults.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- NMC pin (required).
- At least 2 years of social care experience.
