We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Hospitality Staffing UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all hotel operations, including food and beverage, weddings, events, and accommodation.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality standards.
  • Manage all departments, with a focus on food and beverage and banqueting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve service quality.
  • Monitor and address guest feedback and complaints, striving to resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead and motivate the team, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the business, staying informed about upcoming events.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining an efficient cost program.
  • Support the General Manager in the development and success of the business.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong background in food and beverage and banqueting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and lead a high-energy, bustling venue.
