About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Education Support Professional to join our team at Airedale Infants School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our pupils with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils to access the classroom environment and promote their academic and social achievements.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, using a range of strategies to reduce barriers to learning and promote inclusion.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and respectful school culture, promoting the well-being and self-esteem of all pupils.
