Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Physiotherapist
3 months ago
Position Overview
Are you a qualified HCPC registered Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist seeking a new opportunity that offers professional growth? Have you considered the unique experience of working in a correctional facility, aiding in the rehabilitation and support of individuals to reintegrate into society?
If you desire a role that allows you to enhance your current expertise while acquiring new skills daily, this position is ideal for you. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance, ensuring no on-call duties or weekend shifts.
This part-time role encompasses a total of 18 hours weekly, distributed across three facilities. We offer flexibility in scheduling from Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating and treating a variety of MSK conditions, including some complex and chronic cases. You should possess advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate records as an independent practitioner.
This is your chance to join a progressive and innovative healthcare team, collaborating with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, podiatrists, and mental health specialists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. You will also be part of the broader MSK Health in Justice Team, which includes physiotherapists and podiatrists working in various settings across the country.
Key Responsibilities
You will receive close support and mentorship from our Clinical Lead. Coupled with our comprehensive appraisal system, in-service training, and funding for external clinical courses, you will benefit from an excellent environment for ongoing professional development.
With demonstrated post-registration experience in assessing and managing MSK conditions in an outpatient context, you must exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, along with a willingness to learn and grow.
At Practice Plus Group, you will not just have a job; you will have a career. We are committed to helping you advance in your role and guide your career in the direction you aspire to. Our goal is to support you in achieving your full potential.
We strive to keep our team members motivated and rewarded, offering a competitive compensation package along with benefits. We also recognize the importance of a healthy work-life balance, and we aim to provide flexibility to accommodate your personal life.
