Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Process Management Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Process Management team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood. As a Project and Process Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the company's transformation and growth, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and product quality across all business areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Process Management team in planning and executing workshops to analyze business areas and processes.
- Manage meetings and take minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of outcomes.
- Contribute to Digitalisation projects through Data Management, Strategy, Reporting, Analysis, and AI application.
- Conduct analyses and create collateral for presentations, leveraging your creativity and skill set to excel in projects.
- Support Inspired Specification maintenance, involving data management systems.
- Participate in Test Support, ensuring usability of newly developed systems and functions, including functional tests for Visualiser and Configurator frontends.
- Currently studying towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Business Science, Logistics, or IT, with a strong academic record.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook.
- A willingness to develop a passion for our brand, products, and company during your time with us.
- A competitive annual salary of £25,300 per annum.
