Global Real-World Evidence and Health Outcomes Research Therapeutic Area Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Real-World Evidence and Health Outcomes Research team for the Vaccines therapy area. As the Global Head of Non-Interventional Research, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to generate high-quality evidence to support the development and commercialization of our vaccines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management to a team of experts in real-world evidence and health outcomes research.
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate high-quality evidence to support the development and commercialization of our vaccines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, market access, and commercial, to ensure that evidence generation projects are strategically aligned and meet business objectives.
- Ensure that evidence generation projects comply with GSK SOPs and external regulatory and research standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including health care professionals, scientific communities, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent level qualification in a relevant scientific field.
- 8+ years of experience in health outcomes or evidence generation leadership position.
- Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
