As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to meet contractual requirements and standards, supporting learners and colleagues alike to ensure the best outcome for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, learner-focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards
  • Support learners and colleagues to ensure the best outcome for all
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4 (Level 5 - new standards)
  • Commitment to obtain the relevant outstanding Level 4 (Level 5 - new standards) qualification within a specified time scale
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
  • Track record of effective teaching in subject specialism
