About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Educational Support Specialists to join our growing team. This role is essential in providing support to students aged 5-16 with Social and Emotional Health challenges and other complex needs.

  • Salary: £20,516.00 per annum (pre-tax take-home salary)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Term Time Only, Permanent

Your Impact

In this fulfilling role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of our students. You will work closely with pupils, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include preparing educational materials, facilitating classroom activities, and addressing the emotional and physical needs of the students.

Supporting individuals with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs is both challenging and rewarding. You will be part of a collaborative team, receiving guidance from experienced professionals as you help students achieve meaningful progress.
