As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for leading a team of business partners across a fast-paced PLC remit, with good exposure to board and C-suite. You will provide financial insights, challenge, and guide on strategic decision-making, acting as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, offering expertise on financial matters and contributing to the overall business strategy.
Key Performance Indicators- Develop and drive alignment between financial goals and operational objectives
- Oversee the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the International business units
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements, control, compliance, and accounting standards
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled financial professional with a strong track record in leading finance teams and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification with significant PQE
- Experience in a fast-paced PLC, PE-backed, or complex business environment
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
