**Key Responsibilities:**

* Travel to customer sites to perform routine servicing, fault finding, and repairs on Life Protection and emergency lighting systems
* Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
* Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships

**Who We're Looking For:**

* Experience: at least three years working with Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting
* Knowledge: excellent working knowledge of British Standards BS Level 3 Qualifications in Fire Alarm Maintenance, BS5266 - Qualifications for Emergency Lighting Inspections & Testing, and BS7671 - Current Standard to Wiring Regulation Level 3 Qualification for Emergency Lighting Remedials & Installations
* Customer Service Pro: excellent people skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
