Clockwise, a leading provider of flexible workspace and meeting rooms, is seeking a skilled Community Assistant to join our thriving community in Bromley.

As a Community Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and productive environment for our members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and orienting new members to our space
  • Coordinating member events, social gatherings, and educational workshops
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to members, including meeting room bookings and technical assistance
  • Managing post and deliveries, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, setup, and teardown
  • Responding to membership inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Customer service and administrative experience
  • Hospitality or flexible workspace experience is a plus

As a Community Assistant, you will work Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for evening work. This is a salaried, full-time role that offers a range of benefits, including:
