The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver against project aims, ensuring that carers and other key stakeholders are able to inform, shape and support the work of Carers Trust Wales. Key responsibilities include developing resources to promote carer awareness for healthcare professionals and improving unpaid carers' experiences in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to project support and be able to work effectively with institutions delivering healthcare training and CPD for healthcare professionals in Wales.
