About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Compliance Governance and Reporting function. As a key member of our Corporate Compliance team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of work to continuously improve and deliver all reporting deliverables, including quarterly reporting to senior management and the Board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Compliance governance strategies, policies, and guidelines to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage the development and implementation of Compliance frameworks, including the continuous improvement of the program in alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Define and implement Compliance frameworks and methodologies to align with Global standards and E-13 obligations.
- Prepare and finalize quarterly Compliance Officer reporting, reviewing business and program reports for quality and completeness.
- Assist in the annual review of the Compliance Mandate, including a review of the maturity model of the Compliance function.
- Drive innovation and creativity in Compliance, encouraging novel approaches and challenging the status quo.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive best business practices and inclusivity.
- University degree in a relevant field and relevant designations/certifications/licenses are an asset.
