We are seeking a highly skilled Cadastral Surveyor to join our team at Land Information NZ. As a key member of our Property Rights business group, you will play a critical role in ensuring surveys are integrated into the cadastre in accordance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical survey advice to LINZ staff and support their interactions with the survey profession.
- Contribute to the development of the Survey and Title Compliance Strategy and its implementation.
- Collaborate with Customer Regulatory Specialists to ensure surveys meet regulatory standards.
- Share knowledge and expertise with LINZ staff to build their capability and support their work.
- Bachelor of Surveying or equivalent and Licensed Cadastral Surveyor under the Cadastral Survey Act 2002.
- Considerable practical surveying experience.
- Knowledge of survey records, spatial and geodetic systems, and processes, including Landonline.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship building skills and customer focus.
