About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead West Fife and Kinross. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support clients with their medication and mobility needs
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential, but desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (subject to enhanced checks)

Working Hours

Part-time hours, Monday to Friday and alternate weekends, with a range of shifts available to suit your lifestyle and commitments.

Location

Kinross and surrounding areas.
