We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Improvement Lead to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in driving quality improvement initiatives and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Clinical Ward Manager and Modern Matron in delivering quality improvement plans and ensuring a continuous cycle of clinical improvement is embedded throughout the unit.
  • Act as a positive transformational change lead, proficiently delivering on improving service users' outcomes and the performance of the unit.
  • Manage, maintain, and improve systems that work alongside Trust strategies and Specialist Services agendas, including the patient incident system, quality improvement strategy, and patient experience improvement.
