Key Responsibilities- Support the Clinical Ward Manager and Modern Matron in delivering quality improvement plans and ensuring a continuous cycle of clinical improvement is embedded throughout the unit.
- Act as a positive transformational change lead, proficiently delivering on improving service users' outcomes and the performance of the unit.
- Manage, maintain, and improve systems that work alongside Trust strategies and Specialist Services agendas, including the patient incident system, quality improvement strategy, and patient experience improvement.
