Job Title: Lead Planning Scheduler
About the Role:
JAM Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lead Planning Scheduler to join our client's expanding team. As a Lead Planning Scheduler, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Project Controls functions for large Defence projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
* Lead a team of Project Controls professionals and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve project success
* Develop and implement planning structures and principles
* Utilize Primavera P6 and other project management tools
* Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Defence related projects or a similar Critical Safety Environment
* Strong understanding of planning structures and principles
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
