Your key responsibilities will include monitoring production quality, gathering supplier documentation, preparing product specifications, and analyzing data to ensure consistency and safety. You'll also assist with non-conformances, customer complaints, and audits.

We're looking for a high-calibre individual with a food science degree, HACCP level 3, and internal auditor qualification. If you're passionate about food and quality, and have a thirst for the remarkable, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Monitor production quality against agreed standards
* Gather supplier documentation and update the supplier approval list
* Prepare and maintain product specifications
* Analyze data to ensure consistency and safety
* Assist with non-conformances and customer complaints
* Support audits and compliance
* Suggest continuous improvements to senior management
