Retail Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Operations Assistant to join our team at Boots. As a Retail Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during the Christmas season.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and Pack Online Orders: Process online customer orders to a high standard using a handheld device, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Stock Management: Maintain a well-organized stockroom and sales floor, ensuring that products are easily accessible and efficiently restocked.
- Delivery and Stock Management: Support with deliveries and stock management, ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, general housekeeping, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Work collaboratively with the store team to solve any issues that may arise and meet daily targets.
- Full Training Provided: We offer comprehensive training for this role, so no prior experience is necessary.
- Essential Skills: Enjoy following processes, working at pace, and communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Desirable Skills: Experience in a retail or warehouse environment, familiarity with products sold by Boots, and comfort with using new technology.
