Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Liberty. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Issue daily job orders and monitor progress to ensure cost-effective customer-focused services.
- Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with project managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
Requirements:
- Certified in a construction trade qualification (e.g. CGLI/NVQ L3).
- Familiarity with the National Housing Federation (NHF) schedule of rates.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a construction or related field.
- Experience in the social housing sector repairs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
