About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Software Development team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach development teams on Scrum principles and practices, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure teams are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain agile metrics reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) projects.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of agile tools and methodologies.
  • Master's Degree or above preferred.
  • Experience working in the iGaming/sports betting/online casino/sportsbook industry.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
