Panel Beater Job Description

At Rubber Duck Cars, we are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our Accident Repair Bodyshop Team in Oldbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing or replacing damaged bodywork panels of vehicles in accordance with received instructions or job card details.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Repair or replace damaged bodywork panels of vehicles, including chassis and framework, in accordance with received instructions or job card details.
  • Operate all necessary equipment, including jigs, fixtures, and welding tools, following instructions and adhering to prescribed safety standards.
  • Follow manufacturer's literature and modification bulletins to ensure proper repair and replacement of chassis and panel work.
  • Attend relevant training courses to stay updated on new techniques and advancements in the field.
  • Handle all vehicles with utmost care and attention, ensuring customer satisfaction and care are always maintained.
  • Keep the company's tools and equipment in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
Requirements:

We prefer candidates with an ATA or Level 3 qualification in Panel, but time-served panel technicians are also welcome to apply.
