SEO Content Strategist

Salt, a prominent player in the software industry, is seeking a Digital Content Specialist who possesses a strong understanding of SEO and is skilled in Content Design, Customer Experience, and Content Management.

This position is an initial contract with potential for extension based on the volume of work.

The role falls within IR35 regulations and offers a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, enhance, and produce new content for designated product areas to deliver in-product, self-service, and assisted support information that empowers customers to effectively utilize Salt's offerings.
  • Conduct research to identify user needs and gain insights into assigned products.
  • Develop new content adhering to UI and GenAI specifications.
  • Review and refine peer contributions to ensure the delivery of effective support information.
  • Gather content related to product features, ensuring relevance and eliminating redundancy.
  • Design information architecture deliverables for assigned product areas, accommodating various media formats.
  • Contribute to the development of templates, web aesthetics, and document presentation.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and fellow Technical Writers across different time zones to prioritize critical tasks.
  • Provide recommendations for article-level and topic-level enhancements based on Voice of Customer feedback, including emerging trends and updated procedures.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Content Management Systems, including WordPress and Jira.
