Mathematics Instructor

Bradford College is looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Instructors to become part of our dynamic Maths and English Department.

The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in guiding our students to reach their maximum potential by delivering GCSE and Functional Skills programs within our 16-19 educational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver courses as directed by the Head of Department or Team Leader.
• Engage actively in the enhancement of the curriculum and, when suitable, in collaborative marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the enrolment, orientation, assessment, and ongoing evaluation of students or trainees.
• Create personalized learning plans and offer support to students in accordance with course requirements.
• Maintain accountability to the Head of Department/Team Leader for student conduct, guidance, and support related to all assigned classes.
• Oversee and manage students during placements and offsite activities as necessary.
• Serve as an academic and pastoral mentor to assigned students.
