About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sport Educator to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a Sport Educator, you will play a key role in delivering educational programmes to students aged 16 to 21, in collaboration with Mansfield Town Football Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of educational programmes to Mansfield Town FC youth footballers
  • Develop and implement teaching strategies to enhance student learning
  • Verify and assess student progress, ensuring high-quality education
  • Deliver and assess applied theoretical and practical elements of our BTEC Extended Diploma in Sport (2016 specification)
  • Contribute to the development of apprenticeship programmes for players on a scholarship with the football club

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification (QTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE or any other official qualification)
  • Football coaching qualifications
  • Sport-based degree level (or appropriate Level 3) qualification
  • Ability to inspire and engage students, with a passion for teaching and learning
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • A*-C in Maths and English
  • Proficiency in IT is advantageous
  • Relevant qualification in the subject area, minimum of level 3
