Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the production team, your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality in the application of coatings across all products. Adherence to health and safety protocols is paramount.

  • Maintain productivity and efficiency within the spray area at all times.
  • Ensure consistent quality levels are upheld during the spraying process.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the production workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with evolving spray techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct regular maintenance of tools and facilities.
  • Keep the spray environment organized and clean, performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
  • Be prepared for shift work as part of your role.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations in accordance with company policies.
  • Promptly report any health and safety concerns to team leaders.
  • Foster a safe and healthy workplace for all colleagues, reporting any faulty equipment immediately.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).
