Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Property Disputes team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working on complex property development matters, including rights to light experience. Our team is highly regarded and is seeing significant growth in work, providing a great opportunity to build relationships with clients and work in a collaborative environment.
The Practice
Our Property Disputes team excels in helping clients resolve all kinds of property disputes and issues. We have a premier client base, including British Land, Barratt Homes, Greystar, M&G, Foresight, Taylor Wimpey, GLP, and many leading developers. Our workload covers all aspects of landlord and tenant and real property law, and we handle cases at all levels of the Court system, as well as before Tribunals and arbitration panels.
The Team
Our team is led by Leona Briggs, who is rated in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. We have a diverse team of 4 Partners, 2 Legal Directors, 9 Associate Directors, 9 Senior Associates, 1 Legal Manager, 7 Associates, 1 Chartered Legal Executive, 9 Paralegals, 3 Trainees, and 3 Solicitor Apprentices. This role will be supporting Gary Lawrenson and Carl Roche, the partners in the London team.
Technical Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates with experience of working in a recognised and respected Property Litigation team, with a varied caseload. You will have strong drafting skills and show an enthusiasm for getting to know a client's sector as well as the relevant law. As a guide, we are looking to appoint a Senior Associate in this area, although we will consider candidates with more or less experience.
