Working Schedule:

Week 1 & 2: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

Week 3: Monday, 2pm to 5:30pm; Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm.

Role Overview:

As a Pharmacy Counter Support Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients and customers. We seek an individual who excels in public interaction, is eager to engage actively, and is open to learning on the job.

Are you approachable, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service to the community?

In this role, you will collaborate with the Pharmacy team, including Dispensers, Technicians, and the Pharmacist, to ensure exemplary care for our patients and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients and customers and providing necessary assistance.
  • Promoting Pharmacy services and advising on over-the-counter products.
  • Managing the receipt and distribution of prescriptions under the Pharmacist's guidance.
  • Performing additional tasks essential for the efficient operation of the Pharmacy.

Candidate Profile:

We prefer candidates with prior Pharmacy experience; however, we welcome applications from individuals eager to advance their careers in Pharmacy.

This position will involve several formal training programs that must be completed during and occasionally outside of working hours.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare setting, demonstrate reliability, possess excellent customer service skills, and exhibit a friendly demeanor that inspires trust among our patients.
