Key Responsibilities
- Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Support new bidding activity, including business model development and commercial proposal creation.
- Manage and maintain the company order book, reflecting customer purchase order requirements.
- Ensure commercial correspondence files are up-to-date and accurate.
- Contribute to internal reporting requirements, maintaining key performance metrics.
- Support change negotiations with customers and ensure timely payment.
- Review customer MRP and update demand as part of MPS, adhering to contractual conditions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the business case and contribute to process development.
Requirements
- Business and/or finance qualification, with relevant work experience.
- Commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLookups and Pivot tables.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
