About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Workplace Support Engineer to join our team at MSCI. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Windows 10/11 user base via the Service Now ticketing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain Windows 10/11 desktop environments for our global user base.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktop-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT services.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve desktop support and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Windows 10/11 technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in supporting a global Windows desktop environment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated senior knowledge and ability in all aspects of a Windows workstation environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft or industry certification.
  • Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop, Azure Active Directory, and other related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and digital experience monitoring.
