Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at a well-known leisure destination. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining rides, attractions, and PLC control equipment to ensure they meet high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
- Conduct inspections and testing to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute the annual winter Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and certification program
- Develop and implement solutions to improve electrical system efficiency and reduce downtime
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline
- Experience with PLCs such as Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi
- Experience working in heavy industrial/automated environments such as FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or airports
