Quality Control Coordinator

£12 per hour
This position is a temporary ongoing role (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm). Team members are expected to undertake a variety of responsibilities across the spectrum of on-site services, necessitating a flexible and proactive approach to work as part of a collaborative team to:
- Deliver services that meet the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uphold high-quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to all operational processes and promptly report any discrepancies or service failures to the line manager.
- Represent the organization positively at all times, showcasing professionalism and pride in the service provided.
- Manage the printing and scanning of correspondence in the post room, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
- Strictly follow operational policies and procedures.
- Complete all required training within designated timeframes, ensuring compliance with mandatory courses and enabling flexibility in duties to support service delivery.
- Assist in the training and development of fellow team members as directed by the line manager.
- Contribute to the broader team by being adaptable in performing any reasonable tasks requested by the line manager to optimize resource utilization.
- Attend and actively participate in all meetings as required by the line manager, including team meetings and one-on-ones.
- Exhibit proficiency in PC usage, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Take ownership of delivering exceptional service consistently.
- Collaborate effectively within the immediate and extended team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
