Position Overview:
We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity within the Campus Services Team, part of the Estates and Campus Services division at the University of Leicester. In this role, you will oversee and facilitate the daily functions of the Residential Life and Commercial personnel by effectively planning and coordinating tasks, guiding staff, and managing the distribution of physical resources. The quality of customer service delivered in our accommodations and events is vital in shaping the department's reputation and enhancing its commercial success, ultimately contributing to an enriching student experience. Your role will be instrumental in the future achievements of the department. The working hours will be flexible, ranging from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, on a 5 from 7 day basis. Evening shifts, additional weekend work, and coverage during Closure Days will be determined by business and operational requirements during peak periods.
Candidate Profile:
