Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Administrator to join our team at one of our independent SEMH schools in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor safety policies to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe environment.
  • Monitor and record health and safety incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate and deliver health and safety training sessions for staff.
  • Oversee emergency procedures, including fire drills and first aid protocols.
  • Liaise with external agencies and inspectors to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
