We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.
About the Role
This is a permanent contract position, working 25 hours per week, with flexible shift times between 08:00 and 15:00. You will be required to work Saturday and Sunday, and will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54, paid monthly, with opportunities for overtime. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates. Additionally, you will have access to our trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes, as well as excellent family friendly support, including enhanced maternity pay and paternity leave.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You will also need to be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather, and have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
