Job Opportunity: Interim HR Generalist

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking an experienced Interim HR Generalist to join their team in Nottingham. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to the team, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Manage TUPE transfers and ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with the company's goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements:

  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the Nottingham office and 2 days at home.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Compensation:

  • £145-£174 per day.
