We're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Kirkham area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you'll work with high street retailers on behalf of leading household name brands across various categories.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of merchandising, adhering to client guidelines, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:

Confirmed working days/hours: 6 days a week, including Mondays to Thursdays and Fridays in alternate weeks, with ad hoc work as agreed.

Delivering Excellence:

  • Compliance and Standards: You'll adhere to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines, implementing planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You'll build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, providing accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

  • Ability to work independently, using your initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering high standards and service for our clients.
  • Experience in training or coaching colleagues is a bonus.
  • Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.
  • Confidence in using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
