Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at Anderselite. As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for producing detailed project plans and schedules, updating progress on a regular basis, and reviewing and developing processes for updating programmes and schedules at all milestones.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using P6 software
  • Update project progress on a monthly and weekly basis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Review and develop processes for updating programmes and schedules at all milestones, ensuring compliance with best practices
  • Assume a leadership role during schedule development, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and design teams to ensure seamless integration of project plans and schedules
  • Produce progress reports, including Earned Value and resource balancing structures, to inform project stakeholders
  • Liaise with Risk Managers to assess and mitigate project risks

About You

  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong background in P6 software
  • Previous experience in Civil/Infrastructure engineering, with a deep understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex project activities and match them to stated processes
  • Knowledge of best practices and ability to interrogate data to assess compliance
