Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled SHE Advisor to join our client's team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned SHE Advisor to provide expert advice and support to our client's site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and consistent advice, support, coaching, and governance of SHE standards and legislation to support all activities across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and support to the site on SHE matters
• Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with site teams to develop and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and coaching to site personnel on SHE best practices
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements:

• Practical experience of supporting the management of Health and Safety risks and/or processes in a high-risk environment
• Competent with CDM regulations 2015
• Ability to interpret and apply formal Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, and Guidance
• Proven written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder interaction, report writing, and investigative skills
• Proven background of driving a safety culture
• Proven experience of using IT, including MS Office packages
• NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent
• NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety or equivalent
