Hollister Co. Stores is seeking a highly skilled Stockroom Lead to oversee the functions of the stockroom, including receiving and processing shipments, merchandise organization, and sales floor replenishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing necessary operational functions in the event that a manager is not present. This role requires strong inventory control skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the receiving and processing of shipments
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and control
* Ensure merchandise is organized and easily accessible
* Coordinate sales floor replenishment
* Execute operational functions in the absence of a manager

**Requirements:**

* 6+ months of retail experience preferred
