Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver high standards consistently.
  • Support the Hotel Manager in recruitment, training, and performance management of the Housekeeping Team.
  • Manage laundry and labour controls to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintain a high level of health and safety compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar environment, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance, including COSHH, and ability to manage audit processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
