RBW Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Principal Medical Writer to join their team in a dynamic and growing agency. As a Principal Medical Writer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality scientific programs that drive improvements in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee content development across a range of accounts and therapy areas, ensuring work is delivered to the highest quality, on brief, and to timelines.
- Develop and implement content strategies that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior writers, review their work, and help to mentor and develop them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and project management, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in medical communications.
Requirements:
- Life science degree, ideally combined with a higher qualification (MSc, PhD).
- Strong relationship building and leadership skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
