Probate Solicitor - A Challenging Role Awaits

We are seeking a skilled and experienced solicitor/legal executive to join our client's team at a prestigious law firm in the UK. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong background in probate law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on probate matters to clients
  • Managing complex probate cases from start to finish
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in probate law and regulations

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in probate law
  • Strong knowledge of probate law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
