We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team at Beauty Base. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our fast-expanding retail company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till
  4. Contribute to a clean and organized store environment
  5. Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  6. Support the receiving and checking of deliveries

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience (1 year preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work variable hours, including weekends
