**About the Role**

Safran Helicopter Engines is a leading manufacturer of rotorcraft turbines, dedicated exclusively to this market. Our UK facility serves as the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing complex helicopter engine component maintenance and repairs.

As the English Hub Lead, you will provide the communication link between our customers and the business, leading the Customer Service Representative (CSR) Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customer requirements are fully captured, understood, and effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders within Safran HE UK.
  • Coordinating and ensuring timely responses from the business, guaranteeing On Time Delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing a portfolio of internal and external customer accounts, acting as the commercial interface for day-to-day commercial activity associated with New Production and MRO business.
  • Ensuring products and services meet customer requirements, quality standards, and airworthiness authorities.
  • Working in accordance with HSE legislation, Company Operating Systems, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent attention to detail and good English Language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous CSR experience with complex technical products.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Previous experience as a CSR in the aerospace industry.
  • Experience with SAP.
