About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our Kingsbridge team at Stags, a leading estate agency with a strong presence in the West Country. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our office, working closely with vendors and purchasers to negotiate and progress transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate and progress transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
  2. Generate new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the office.
  3. Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • IT-literate and able to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • A full UK driving licence and own car are essential.
