About the Role:

In your capacity as a Sourcing and Procurement Specialist, you will oversee the entire procurement cycle, ensuring that all goods and services are acquired in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your role will involve close collaboration with suppliers, contract negotiations, and inventory management to support the operational needs of the company. Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute procurement strategies to guarantee cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
  • Cultivate supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to obtain optimal terms and pricing.
  • Supervise inventory levels and collaborate with production teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Conduct market analysis to discover new suppliers and remain informed about industry developments.
  • Manage the procurement budget and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Work with internal departments to anticipate demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • 21 days of holiday plus bank holidays
  • Standard Company Pension Scheme
